Hi folks, my name is Paul Brooks. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification through Rubber Soul in 2018. My philosophy of yoga is creating space to distract the monkey mind and focus on the moment. I offer a class that moves with the breath so you can develop flexibility, build endurance, and generate some heat. My hope is that you come to class to focus on yourself, boost athleticism, have fun, and calm the mind. Oh, and for the guy who says “I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible,” I (literary) feel your pain; but, of course that’s exactly why you should do yoga and you are building strength at the same time!
