Adventure Club is an opportunity to experience great health for a full three months. This is long enough to change habits (if you like) for a lifetime.  It can be seen as a detox... or as a permanent detox lifestyle.  So we'll be doing yoga daily... eating well (I recommend following all the suggestions in Happy Yoga, Chapter 3)... comminicating with greater vulnerability... and cleaning the body.  Regarding that last point, here are some items that will help you with the cleaning. The basic idea is to help you body remove toxins first thing in the morning by using items 1-5 and then DRINK A LARGE GLASS OF WATER. Then, perhaps three times a week during this program, use item 6 to flush and clean things out at that end whether you think you need to or not. Finally, item 7 allows you to check to see how you are doing with dietary changes. This is perhaps the most important and most difficult change you can make. You can record your pH on your chart...

1. Tongue scrapper Stainless Steel Tongue Cleaner
2. Neti pot
Himalayan Institute Ceramic Neti Pot, White/Yellow
3. Eye cup
Glass Eye Cup
4. Ear swabs, such as Q-Tips
5. Dental floss, which could be the normal kind and/or you could try the little plastic "flossers"
6. Enima bag
Enema Bag
7. pH test strips PH TEST TAPE
